Do I have to purchase a web template?
No. The catalog is only for viewing and choosing the right template for your business. CheapWebsites.biz purchases your chosen template directly from TemplateMonster.com or BoxedArt.com. However if you wish to setup your website yourself you can always purchase them on your own.
How long will it take to have my website online?
The clock starts ticking as soon as we have all your content (ie, text, images, company logo, pictures, etc), in our possession and payment is received. Your website will be published and ready for viewing after 5 working days, maybe less if there are minimal changes to make during the process.
What do you mean by content customization?
We will add your text, company logo, pictures or images you would like to have appear on your website. The navigational menu will also be customized to reflect your web pages. If you require additional customization and features, please contact us for full price listing.
What is website optimization?
Once your website is complete, we add special programming codes that will include your important keywords. This is important as some search engines will read these codes, or meta tags, while searching the internet for related websites. We also make sure during the developmental process that your keywords and description are also prevalent in your web copy.
What search engines and web directories to you submit my finished website to?
Once meta-tags have been inserted and other adjustments have been made to your website, so that it will conform to search engine criteria, we hand submit you website to top targeted search engines/directories, to ensure a higher success rate. We choose the most popular search engines, as well as, local and industry-related web directories. A full detailed report will be provided upon completion of your website submission.
What is included in the Maintenance and Administration service?
Over the course of the year, you will be entitled to a total of 4 hours of updates. Updates include minor text changes, information updates, adding new pages or features. Support for any webhosting issues is also included. New pages or features do not constitute maintenance but rather will incur extra charges. Additional hours may be purchased once the 4 hours have run out.
What format do you accept the content in?
Only content sent in digital format will be accepted. For example: WORD, EXCEL, PDF files, images such as .jpg, .bmp, .gif, audio files, video files.
What if I need help in coming up with the text?
Usually our clients provide us with their web copy. However, we can recommend you some great copywriting companies that form our strategic alliance. You only need to advise us of your needs and we'll link you with the proper contacts.
I don't have any nice images for my website. Do you provide images or photos?
We don't but highly recommend StockedPhotos.com for all your imagery needs. They are very inexpensive and have a huge selection of all types of professional images.
What if I want to change webhost or domain name registrar?
You are under no obligation to stay with us after your website is published online. Although we don't understand why. You will never get a better price and personalized service as you will find at CheapWebsites.biz!
What kind of web statistics do I get with my package?
You will receive on a quarterly basis statistics from two different applications, the Webalizer and Modlogan. Click here for a screenshot.
